Sell AI recruiting under your own brand and get paid every month.
You resell Aya, the AI that interviews every candidate on WhatsApp and returns a score with the evidence behind it. Your client sees your logo, your address and your support email.
Aya interviews everyone. Your client decides knowing why each score is what it is.
This is not a job board or a résumé database. It is the interview itself, run by AI on the WhatsApp the candidate already uses.
A WhatsApp conversation, by text or voice
Aya introduces itself as AI in the first message and runs the interview whenever the candidate is available. A company that gets 200 applications talks to all 200, not just the twelve there was time for.
A score per competency, with the evidence beside it
Every score comes with the passage of the conversation that justifies it. That is what makes HR trust the result and have an answer when the hard question comes.
A person still does the hiring
Aya recommends, it does not reject. The candidate can ask for human review and everything is kept in an audit trail. That is what defuses the objection about a robot deciding who gets to work there.
Real white label, not a logo in the corner of the screen
The client you bring never runs into Talpy along the way. From the password screen to the invitation email, what they see is you.
Your logo, your colour, your support email
You set it up in your own panel and your identity replaces ours on your clients screens. When a client needs help, the channel they see is yours.
Your own domain, or a subdomain ready to use
Point your domain and verify it; until then you already have an address carrying your brand. The links you send clients go out on that address, including the invitation and the password setup.
Messages leave from your own server
Add your SMTP and the invitation, the password and the notices arrive from your domain. Without that, white label would end at the first email.
Your whole book of clients in one place
Add the client, follow their plan and monthly usage, and see the commission calculated. Their candidate data is not there: whoever runs the reselling side does not step into their hiring process.
Recurring commission, every month, as long as the client stays
This is not a referral bonus paid once. It is a percentage of the revenue of your own book, month after month.
A percentage of what your clients pay
Your percentage is set in the contract and applies to what your clients pay, every month. A client who stays is commission that keeps coming.
Your salespeople, at the percentage you choose
Add whoever sells for you and decide how much of your commission goes to each one. It comes out of your share, not ours, so what you agree with your team is your business.
Monthly statement, open to you
Closing is monthly, client by client, and what was calculated and what has been paid sit on the same screen. A month already paid is never recalculated afterwards.
A referral link for every salesperson
Each salesperson gets their own link: whoever signs up through it gets 5% off on the subscription and stays attributed to that person for seven days. No spreadsheet to work out who brought whom.
A company tax number (CNPJ) is required for the commission to be paid, because that is what the invoice is issued against. The percentage and the terms are agreed in conversation, before anything is signed.
It works best for people who already have a book of clients that trusts them
A good fit if
- You already serve several companies: accounting, HR consulting, advisory, agency or BPO.
- Your clients hire in volume, in retail, healthcare, logistics, call centres or franchising.
- You want recurring revenue alongside the service you already provide, without building a product.
Maybe not the right moment if
- You have no book of clients yet and would need to prospect from scratch to reach the first sale.
- You are after a one-off referral fee: here the model is to serve the client and keep them.
Four steps to your first client
You apply
Fill in the form below and tell us how many companies you serve today. It takes a minute.
We talk
One conversation to understand your book and agree on the percentage and the terms. This is where the contract takes shape.
A panel that looks like you
We create your access, you complete your company details and upload logo, colour, domain and SMTP. Inside the panel there is a sales guide written for people who have never sold software.
The first client comes in
You add the company in your panel and it receives access already carrying your brand. Open the first job with them: a client who publishes in the first week stays.
Tell us about your book of clients
We answer every application. If it makes sense for both sides, we set up the conversation.
What people ask before joining
What does it cost to become a partner?
The commission percentage and the terms are set in conversation, case by case, and go into the contract before any client comes in. Filling in the form costs nothing.
Will my client find out about Talpy?
Not along the path you control. The brand they see is yours, in the panel, in the address and in the emails, which leave from your server. The support channel the platform shows them is yours.
Do I need to know how to sell software?
No. The typical partner here is an HR consultancy or an accountant with a book of clients, not a SaaS salesperson. The panel includes a guide with the opening question, the two-minute demo and what to say to the four objections that always come up.
Who supports the client after the sale?
You are the face of the relationship, and it is your support email that they see. You, in turn, open a ticket with us from your own panel whenever you need to.
