What counts as an interview?
Only a completed interview. The credit is charged when the candidate finishes the conversation with Aya and the evaluation comes out — someone who opens the link, answers two questions and drops out consumes nothing. Invitations sent, CVs read and messages exchanged do not count either.
What happens when the credit runs out?
Nothing is charged automatically. Interviews already under way run to the end, and new ones stop being opened until you free up balance: you can buy extra interviews at your plan's overage price, from R$ 6,00 per interview, or switch plans. Either way the credit lands immediately.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Creating the account unlocks 25 free interviews, valid for 14 days, with no card and no charge when the trial ends. If you do not subscribe to anything, the account simply stops opening new interviews.
Is there a lock-in or a cancellation fee?
There is no minimum term and no fee. Monthly plans are subscriptions you stop whenever you want: just ask, billing stops from the next cycle, and what you already paid stays valid to the end of that cycle. The single-role plan is a one-off purchase and creates no recurrence at all.
How does the WhatsApp number work?
Aya interviews on WhatsApp and, by default, uses Talpy.ai's official number — she identifies herself as an AI in the first message and you don't have to set anything up. From the Essencial plan onwards, a dedicated number in your own company's name is included at no extra cost: it isolates your sending reputation with Meta. On the free trial and the single-job plan, the dedicated number is a monthly add-on of R$ 149,00. Activation has one step you perform: authorising the number in your WhatsApp Business account.
How does payment work?
Monthly plans are a recurring card subscription. The single-role plan and extra interview purchases are paid once by PIX, and the credit lands when the payment is confirmed. Prices are in Brazilian reais and are the final price.
